Our client is looking to bring on a Territory Manager with the primary goal of expanding and maintaining their Southern Alberta and BC sales territories.
The successful candidate will bring with them a wealth of direct-selling, account management and business development experience ideally in the industrial sales sector.
They will be the driving force in expanding the Western Canada client base, as well as fostering the current client relationships, in order to contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
This is a remote work opportunity, with travel required.
Duties and Responsibilities :
The key job functions are :
- Establish new and foster current client relationships and act as the main point of contact for designated accounts
- Develop, achieve and surpass sales goals, targets and quotas for the territory (overnight travel is required)
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing department to facilitate presentations for external meetings, trade shows and events
- Provide product related training and guidance to clientele when needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Education :
Post-secondary degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
Qualifications :
- Successfully complete a Criminal Background Check
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel (% travel required)
- Proficiency with MS , Google applications and ERP systems
Experience :
- years of experience in BB sales, account management and business development
- Experience with CRM systems is required
- Industrial sales experience is considered an asset

- Motivated self starter who takes pride in getting the job done
