Role : PLC Technician (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Location : Innisfil, ON

Schedule : Flex Life – 3×12-hour shifts with rotating days / nights

What You’ll Do :

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs and industrial equipment
Modify PLC programs to optimize performance
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery including conveyors, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Work with vendors and third-party technicians as needed
Document work accurately using MaintainX and follow ISO / FSSC standards
Train and support maintenance team on PLC operations

What We’re Looking For :

Technical Diploma or related field

5–10 years PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron)

Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, ladder logic, HMI / SCADA

Hands-on mechanical skills for older machinery (servo motors, punches / dies, blenders)

Problem-solving mindset and teamwork focus

Willingness to work overtime and be on call when needed

Nice to Have :

Industrial electrician certification, CAD experience, MaintainX experience

Manufacturing / industrial environment experience
