As our portfolio grows, execution quality and operational consistency become a competitive advantage. We’re hiring a solutions-oriented technologist who is obsessed with making day-to-day operations and property buildouts faster, clearer, and more reliable .
You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, construction, and design , owning the tools and workflows that power buildouts and ongoing operations. You’ll help teams execute furniture packages, deliveries, installs, punch lists, maintenance, and property launches—by configuring software, improving processes, integrating systems, and troubleshooting issues quickly.
This is a hands‑on role focused on measurable outcomes : fewer misses, faster cycles, cleaner handoffs, and better guest experiences.

What you’ll do
Operations + buildout systems ownership (tools, workflows, adoption)
Own configuration and day-to-day enablement of our ops / buildout systems (Monday.com, Guesty, Enso Connect, Quo / OpenPhone, and supporting tools)Build reliable workflows that teams actually follow : tasking, approvals, procurement tracking, deliveries, installs, punch lists, maintenance dispatch, and launch checklistsCreate role-based views / dashboards so each team sees what matters (construction, design, ops)Drive adoption through simple training, clear documentation, and thoughtful defaultsBuild repeatable workflows for furniture packages : standard bundles, alternates / substitutions, lead times, budget tracking, and delivery coordinationTrack buildout progress across properties and proactively surface risks (delays, missing items, vendor issues, install scheduling)Improve field execution with checklists, photo standards, and structured updates that reduce rework and missed detailsSupport design + construction teams to keep projects moving and reduce “where are we at?” overheadTool troubleshooting & integrations (make systems talk to each other)
Troubleshoot issues across tools (permissions, sync issues, templates, automations, data inconsistencies, user errors) and resolve quicklyBuild low-code / no-code automations (Zapier, Make, n8n) to reduce manual coordination (task creation, notifications, status updates, reminders, handoffs)Maintain clean system hygiene : naming conventions, templates, automations, and change logsOTA listing accuracy & operational alignment
Ensure properties are launched correctly across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com with accurate amenities, policies, photos, and check-in detailsOwn ongoing listing QA and updates tied to buildouts and ops changes (new amenities, furniture upgrades, updated photos, rules, guest flows)Partner with ops / design teams to ensure what’s listed matches reality (reducing complaints, cancellations, and low reviews)Reporting that drives action (lightweight, ops-focused)
Build simple reporting in Sheets / Excel (and within tools) that helps teams act : project status, open punch lists, install readiness, maintenance backlog, recurring issues, vendor performanceTrack quality signals tied to execution : recurring guest complaints, review themes, maintenance frequency by category, turnover missesSOPs, playbooks, and training
Create, publish, and maintain SOPs, checklists, templates, and Loom videos for workflows and toolsStandardize “how we build out a property” and “how we operate a property” so execution is consistent and trainableKeep documentation current as processes changeRevenue Management Support (Pricelabs + PMS)
Help maintain and improve our dynamic pricing setup (PriceLabs) and ensure it’s correctly connected to Guesty / OTAsMonitor pricing health and basic performance signals (rate coverage, orphan dates, minimum stays, event / season overrides) and flag issues to ops leadershipSupport ongoing rule updates tied to operational realities (turn days, maintenance blocks, lead times, stay restrictions)What makes you a great fit
