  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to company safety policies.
  • Manage materials and tools required for each project.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise on-site.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in hardscape installation (paving stones, retaining walls, synthetic grass, etc.).
  • Knowledge of softscape processes (grading, planting, soil preparation).
  • Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and other machinery (certifications are an asset).
  • Strong understanding of landscape design, layout, and blueprints.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or higher).
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior staff is a bonus.

What We Offer :

  • Competitive compensation with a $5,000 signing bonus after six months.
  • Opportunities for growth and leadership within the company.
