Description :

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Engineer with a specialization in Cisco Enterprise Collaboration Environment (ECE) and Webex Connect platforms.

This role is tailored for individuals who possess a deep understanding of digital solutions within the Cisco ecosystem, prioritizing digital collaboration over traditional networking.

Responsibilities :

• Digital Collaboration Solution Design : Lead the conceptualization and design of cutting-edge digital collaboration solutions using Cisco ECE and Webex Connect platforms.
• Platform Implementation and Integration : Spearhead the implementation and seamless integration of digital collaboration solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Digital Experience Optimization : Drive initiatives to optimize digital collaboration platforms, focusing on enhancing user experience and maximizing productivity.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting for digital collaboration platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Security and Compliance : Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Develop comprehensive technical documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to empower internal teams.
• Stay Abreast of Emerging Technologies : Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies within the digital collaboration space, making informed recommendations for adoption.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco ECE and Webex Connect solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital collaboration technologies, with a focus on user-centric design.
• Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) alongside Cisco ECE and Webex Connect.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Knowledge of programming / scripting languages for automation and customization.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
