A prominent CEO is seeking an extraordinary Executive Lifestyle Coordinator to enrich and elevate their opulent and high-energy lifestyle.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Office of the CEO, this role demands impeccable attention to detail and a desire to deliver nothing short of a lavish everyday experience.

The chosen candidate will serve as the gatekeeper to a world of luxury, overseeing all things lifestyle management, orchestrating seamless travel arrangements, event curation and access, wardrobe styling and management, and assisting in managing prestigious estates.

In addition to these responsibilities, this role offers the unparalleled opportunity to curate exclusive, top-tier experiences, forge connections with various international hospitality and luxury associates, and deliver unparalleled service, surrounded by an exceptional team.What You’ll be Doing :

  • Craft bespoke international travel experiences and recommend unique luxury destinations and activities based on exclusive industry expertise.
  • Coordinate all business and leisure travel, accommodation, meal reservations, itineraries, and activities for the CEO and guests.
  • Gain access to private and exclusive events, including restaurant openings, private gallery showings, international engagements, after-parties, and social galas.
  • Source rare and limited-edition items such as fine art, luxury watches, and designer clothing, often prior to public release.
  • Manage weekly restaurant bookings and evening / weekend experiences for children, date nights, and friend gatherings.
  • Conduct household shopping, errands, and organizational projects.
  • Manage and organize office inventory.
  • Provide attentive care for the CEO's family, collaborating closely with the Family Assistant and offering support, whenever necessary.

  • A passion for lifestyle management and an eye for detail that ensures seamless operations, from travel plans to household errands.
  • An outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
  • An ability to answer texts, emails, and phone calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Trustworthiness, confidentiality, and discretion.
