Role Overview

This opportunity is based at Catalis’ office in Old Strathcona (Edmonton, Alberta). The project team uses innovative workspace features such as stand‑up desks, foosball, fitness challenges, and an office dog. The role will focus on the ERP product during the first six months and on client implementation across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on the ERP product during the first 6 months.
• Meet with clients after the sale of our solutions to collect required information.
• Collaborate with the team to develop a project plan, detailing tasks needed for timely installation.
• Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process to gather feedback and obtain approvals.
• Learn, configure, and install software systems and all necessary components.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to create “raving fans.”
• Ensure the project team is aware of key deliverables and milestones.
