What You'll Do

• Serve as the central hub for project coordination across internal teams and external partners
• Lead daily syncs across time zones — aligning priorities, removing blockers, and smoothing handoffs
• Manage day-to-day communication with vendors, licensees, and stakeholders , ensuring everyone’s aligned on timelines and deliverables
• Translate business goals into clear project plans , timelines, and next steps
• Maintain project documentation and workflows in Monday.com , with time tracking / reporting via Harvest
• Track progress, flag risks early, and manage scope or timeline changes proactively
• Support project budgeting and vendor cost tracking
• Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement
