Position Details
What You Will Do
Review documents to determine recovery or salvage remittanceOrder all police reports as requiredEnsure adequate reserving practicesIdentify responsible parties and create recovery packagesProactive diary management and follow-up calls with members, TPA, PC’s, etc.File reporting as per company procedure, including processing paymentsProvide immediate and effective responses through written / telephone communication to lawyers, clients, third partiesOngoing processing of claims, liability and quantum investigation, needs analysis, and customer serviceEnsure proper reserves are establishedWho You Are
Post-secondary education and related work experienceMinimum 1 year experience in claims, subrogation, or collectionsProperty / Auto Claims experience is an assetExcellent customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detailStrong negotiation and analytical skillsPlease note : Internal applicants should apply online within 10 business days of posting.
