Our client in the real estate industry sector is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to support the Finance team for a 9 month contract.

Reporting to the VP, Finance, your responsibilities will include :

• Support regional and local finance teams with accounting issues in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Undertake accounting and consolidating financial results in a multiple currency environment including supporting acquisition accounting and various global projects.
• Review financial data, address regional or local accounting / reporting issues
• Prepare consolidation journal entries, as well as audit and reconcile financial submissions and support the preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare working papers and liaising with external auditors as necessary.

Job Requirements :

To be considered for this opportunity, you are a designated finance professional (CPA or equivalent), with 7+ years of progressive accounting & financial reporting experience in a large & complex organization.
