Job descriptionLeading and developing the accounting and office staff Offering accounting direction on all accounting processes including payroll and benefits Streamlining the financial operations by developing policies, overseeing compliance, managing KPI’s, and streamlining operations Compiling and presenting financial reports Forecasting Special projects and data analysis, including the monitoring of corporate credit, assessing risks, and investigating variances Collaborating and building relationships with department leaders, government agencies, and other professional organizations Meeting deadlines and managing month-end / year-end closing processes / audits 5+ years’ experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or related management role Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, mentor, and provide consultation Unrivaled attention to detail and problem-solving abilities CPA Designation Go to our website at https : / / jobs.selectrecruiting.ca / and click Apply Online.
Position Overview

Successful candidates will be well versed in managing budgets, financial planning, and presenting reports. Compensation & Hours
- The rate of pay will be based on experience and designations
- Monday- Friday
- This role is based in office in Lethbridge, AB (no remote or hybrid available)
