Position Summary

We seek remote customer service representatives who provide high-quality support to our clients daily. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining company policies and customer satisfaction.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Assess customer needs and provide solutions
• Accurately document interactions and process accounts
• Follow communication guidelines and policies
• Engage customers proactively

Requirements

• Proven customer support or client service experience
• Ability to meet sales and call handling targets
• Strong communication skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal aspects
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office
• At least one year of high-volume call center experience and experience with automatic dialers
• Fluent in English and French (reading, writing, speaking)
• Flexible scheduling and work hours

• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
