With continued growth across the New Brunswick region were looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant (SRC) based out of Fredericton.

This is a unique opportunity to join a respected firm at a time of exciting growth. As SRC youll take a lead role in building our presence in New Brunswick by managing full-cycle recruitment projects deepening client relationships and developing a strong network of top-tier candidates. Youll be instrumental in shaping our local strategy and be supported by a close-knit experienced team across Atlantic Canada.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and lead accounting and administrative search assignments from start to finish
• Cultivate and expand relationships with business owners finance leaders HR professionals and executive directors across the province
• Proactively identify engage and assess high-performing candidates through various sourcing strategies
• Contribute to business development efforts and the ongoing growth of our client base
• Meet with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business culture and hiring needs
• Provide value-added guidance throughout the hiring process including interviews offers negotiations and onboarding
• Be a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in the local market

Who You Are:

• A motivated high-energy professional with a passion for people business and results
• Skilled in relationship building with excellent communication and interpersonal instincts
• Detail-oriented organized and confident using modern recruitment tools and social media
• Knowledgeable about finance accounting and administrative functions and how they operate within organizations
• Experienced in recruitment HR or a related client-facing role with post-secondary education to match
