Competitive Compensation : $100,000 - 130,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager to join our Client's team in Lethbridge, AB and take the lead on a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and agricultural builds . From steel-framed warehouses to light industrial and low-rise mixed-use facilities, your work will have a tangible, lasting impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the project from planning to completion — managing scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with Site Superintendents, engineers, and stakeholders to drive results and exceed client expectations
• Lead with purpose — motivate your team, manage risk, and problem-solve on the fly to keep everything on track
• Act as the go-to communicator, ensuring clear and effective dialogue between all project partners
• Uphold top-tier health and safety standards on-site
• Identify and solve constructability issues before they become roadblocks
