Well established corporation located in Etobicoke seeks a candidate that could juggle a variety of duties.Daily interaction with customer via phone, fax, and email for order preparationHandle and resolve customer complaints completion of incident reports and preventative and corrections action as applicableProcessing and closing of return product logWorking with vendors to process purchase orders to fulfill incomplete orders and inventory shortageConfirmation of pricing on inventory purchased for inventory valuationReview of back order report and processing of any orders based on receipt of inventoryPosting of inventory based on receipt of goodsManage Customer Accounts and continually updated detailed customer listingMonitor and completion of customer service calls for feed file under CAS Survey systemCreating Custom invoices for International shipments for shipper / receiverVerify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipmentsDuties included picking products, as required with the appropriate packaging including bubble warp, cold packs and dry ice, etcVerification of lot numbers for identification and tracking purposesRecording daily temperature of walk in fridge and walk in freezerConduct weekly, monthly and annual cycle counts or inventory counts as requestedDiscard all trash and cardboard as requiredOther duties as required
