We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who is self-motivated, provides independent solutions and has the ability to understand complex systems and their inter connectivity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify root cause, research, replicate and resolve application problems.
- Track, document and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution
- Make changes and implement system configurations
- Create & maintain reports as required by users
- Lead system lifecycle processes for the implementation of a mobile application solution including but not limited to; the gathering of requirements, systems configuration and testing / validation of functions
- Provide project oversight for upgrades.
- Conduct on-going reviews of functional specifications and processes, providing recommendations for process / technology improvements in line with current and growing business needs
- Build and manage relationships with cross-functional team members, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Proactively find inefficiencies in business processes and provide innovative solutions.
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
- Complete other tasks as requested
Job Qualification
Education
Post-Secondary degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Experience
Experience working with SaaS or Vendor Provided Software
Experience with Service Desk Tools, Incident / Problem Management
Ability to Document and understand Business Processes to find efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement.
Systems application analysis and programming, preferably in the health care environment.
Minimum 3 years work experience. Demonstrates initiative, comprehensive English communication skills
Education
College or University Graduate in relevant program . Diploma or degree in Computer Science / Information Systems
Other Skills and Abilities
Must be time flexible and able to put in extended hours when required by deadlines or system problems. Must possess well developed communication and professional interpersonal skills.
A self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision. Interested in learning new techniques and procedures.
