Analytical Team Leader
We are currently looking for an Analytical Team Leader to join a leading company based in the County Westmeath region. As the Analytical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Analytical Team and supporting operational timelines.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Your duties as the Analytical Team Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows :
1. Manage personnel within the Analytical Laboratory and oversee interactions across other departments within the site, including QA, HSE, Production, Engineering and Business Development teams.
2. Ensure that laboratory equipment remains calibrated and operates as required and that resources are suitably allocated and scheduled to support the businesses requirements.
3. Responsible for generating specifications, SOP’s, IPC’s and Analytical Methods relevant to the Analytical Laboratory.
4. Management of all laboratory services and maintenance agreements.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Analytical Team Leader we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history :
1. Relevant degree within Applied Chemistry.
2. Proven industry experience leading or managing teams within an Analytical Chemistry environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience within an Analytical Laboratory.
