Job summary : The forklift operator is required to use industrial trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or construction site. a similar place. • Operate lifting devices, eg. ex. forklifts, hoists, lifting platforms, lifting beams and swivel hooks
• Manually load and unload material from pallets, skids, platforms, cars and lifting devices.
• Accurately ship and receive the product
• Support inventory control with accurate documentation
• Complete timesheets
• Comply with all workplace safety policies and compliance regulations
• Perform routine maintenance of vehicles and auxiliary equipment
• Accurately weigh and document documents
• Provide production data on labels Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience as a forklift operator
• Forklift Safety Training Certificate
• Experience in routine maintenance operations
• Highly flexible, with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse work environment
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Able to work well under pressure
• Great attention to detail
• Able to deal with people with sensitivity, tact, diplomacy and professionalism at all times
• Computer literacy
