Salary : $80,000 to $100,000
Our client, a rapidly expanding company in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Controller to join their office Downtown adjacent.

Job requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (BAC) or c urrently pursuing CPA is preferred
- At least four (4) years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Full-time, in-office position
Job Description :
- Manage the complete accounting cycle
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll processing
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Generate financial reports and monthly presentations
- P articipate in the budgeting process
- Handle b ank reconciliations
