Job Description :
This position is primarily responsible for the overallsales and operations management of the branch. The incumbent is thedirecting sales manager for the branch.
The primary focus is theorigination and expansion of new to bank customers and performancecoaching of the branch team. The incumbent oversees daily branchactivities performs market and business development dutiesprocesses loan requests solicits new accounts ensures effectiveoperations of branch staff and facilities.
Incumbent will adhere toall FNB policies procedures strategies and Core Values.
Primary Responsibilities :
Performs market and business developmentduties by generating high value customer relationships throughleveraging sales leads and outbound calling to establish newcustomers and retain and expand existing relationships.
Activemember in the community. Execute and coach sales strategies toachieve financial goals. Incorporate FNB digital products andservices into customer interactions.
Using FNBapproved branch technology input and maintain effective dataquality for all referrals customers and applicants.
Additionallythe Manager is responsible for the completion and lifecycle of allnew and existing relationships according to consumer bankstandards.
Manage and coach branch team andfacility to ensure the branch is operating according to FNBstandards. People : conduct daily sales meetings execute all HRresponsibilities participates in ongoing education for themselvesand team and lead sales camps according to Market Manager.
Facilities :
- Ensure branch meets allquality standards through the direction and coaching of branchteam.
- Accountable for the operationalintegrity of the branch and ensuring adherence to audit compliancesecurity and operational requirements.
Assigns team operationalresponsibilities and performs various operational duties accordingto established policies and procedures as needed.
- Performs other related duties and projects asassigned.
- All employees have theresponsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers fortheir businesses by understanding reporting responding to managingand monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.
