JobSummary :
As an OnCall DataCenter Technician you will be an integral part of our teamproviding essential support for data center operations on behalf ofour clients.
You will work on an oncall basis assisting withequipment storage staging hardware deliveries replacements andtroubleshooting as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oncall availability torespond to equipment staging and deliveryrequests.
- Safely and securely storeand stage IT hardware and equipment.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of hardware to clientsites.
- Perform hardwarereplacements and upgrades in data centerenvironments.
- Troubleshoot anddiagnose faulty equipment to minimizedowntime.
- Adhere to safetyprotocols and best practices in data centeroperations.
- Keep detailed recordsof equipment movements issues andresolutions.
- Collaborate with teammembers to ensure efficient and effectivesupport.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Center Technician or in asimilar role.
- Strong knowledge ofdata center equipment IT hardware and associatedtechnologies.
- Ability to work on anoncall basis and respond to urgent requests.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolvingskills.
- Familiarity with datacenter safety procedures and protocols.
- Effective communication and teamworkskills.
- Flexibility andadaptability to changing work schedules.
- Physical fitness to handle equipment and perform taskswithin data centerenvironments.

Proven experienceas a Data Center Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledgeof data center equipment, IT hardware, and associated technologies.
