- Drive stakeholder alignment on system evolution vision.
- Build trust and confidence in our roadmap for large-scale business changes.
- Promote a culture of change and continuous improvement.
- Lead strategic conversations with senior leaders on investments, trade-offs, risks, and portfolio performance.
- Shape the future of our organization by leading the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications :
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow and assurance processes / systems.
- Ability to view from stakeholders’ perspectives and deliver messages in their language.
- Creative problem-solving skills to simplify complex issues.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Flexible in working with diverse technical teams and simplifying messages for executive presentations.
- Financial acumen to build business cases considering revenue, margin, and cost efficiency benefits.
Great-to-Haves :
- University degree or equivalent experience and education.
- ITIL and PMP certifications.
- Bilingual (English / French).
