NDT General Manager – Horizon (Hercules Group of Companies)

Are you an experienced engineering leader who thrives in technical environments and loves driving high-performance teams? Horizon, a division of the Hercules Group of Companies, is looking for a dynamic NDT General Manager to lead our national operations from our Head Office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

This role is perfect for someone who is energized by growth, operational excellence, and building strong, engaged teams across Canada.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials / Metallurgical, Industrial, Civil, or Aerospace)
• Proven leadership of multi-branch operations
• Strong business acumen : P&L, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, or field operations teams
• CGSB Level 1 or 2 certifications (bonus)
• Familiarity with CWB, API 510 / 570 / 653, NACE, CSA W59
• Welding inspection or project management experience
• Exposure to manufacturing, fabrication, oil & gas, aerospace, structural steel, or marine sectors
• Strong understanding of QA / QC environments
