Job Description :
- Assist the traffic coordinator in managing fleet operations.
- Organize and coordinate the dispatch of pick-ups and shipments.
- Prepare specialized documentation for drivers and consignees.
- Data entry into specialized dispatch software.
- Communication liaison between customer and driver.
