PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION :
To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable navigating operational databases, Hyperion Essbase, Power BI and leverage them to build reports that help the business meet our financial objectives.
The ideal candidate is receptive to user feedback, and eager to iterate if necessary to gain user adoption. This will require excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
MAJOR AREAS OF PERFORMANCE :
- Determine the best approach to gather, manipulate, analyze and present data.
- Develop and maintain metrics, reports and statistics that are actionable across Archway.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Data management within Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
- Business Partnership across multiple functions.
QUALIFICATIONS, (EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS) REQUIRED :
- A minimum of years’ work experience in finance or business analytics
- Strong knowledge of database structures and data mining techniques
- Highly proficient in Excel, Power BI, Hyperion Essbase and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines.
