Our utility client is looking for a Contract Administrator for a 12 month contract in Surrey.
This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
As a Contract Administrator, your duties will be :
Performing administrative tasks on a large volume of contracts and invoices
Maintaining meaningful relationships with company stakeholders and suppliers by providing accurate and timely response to contract related administrative requests.
Acting as a subject matter expert by designing, developing, and delivering training on contract administration as well as contributing to business teams
Facilitating timely resolution of escalated contract administration related matters by identifying, investigating, and correcting issues
Qualifications
A minimum three (3) years of contract administration work experience or equivalent.
High school graduation
3 years of related work experience in project coordination and process development.
Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
Advanced typing skills
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Intermediate English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
Certificate in Project Management, Business, Accounting, Construction Management, Quality, and Process Management or related field;
Experience in SAP (such as supply chain management system), HydroShare, PPM Workspace, and project / program-specific applications; would be an asset.
