The ideal candidate will also be willing to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

You Will :
Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers with various procedures and requests in an efficient and timely manner
Ensure site security by maintaining the auction perimeter and verifying proper clearance for personnel and customers, transporters, and supply companies
Provide customer service by assisting dealers in finding and / or shipping vehicles as well as assisting customers with general inquiries.
Responsible for completing vehicle check-in / check-out as per established procedures, using a handheld device
Ensure vehicles are processed with window stickers and GPS transponders
Look up AuctionTrac data for customers, guiding them to where the inventory is located
You Have :
1-3 years experience in a Security role
High School diploma or equivalent
A valid Alberta Security License is required
A valid Drivers’ license is required
Basic computer & smartphone skills
Experience working outside in all weather conditions
Strong customer service and communication skills
