Arrow Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electrical Assembler for a role that involves wiring, mounting, and troubleshooting complex electrical components and sub-assemblies for custom switchboards.

Responsibilities :
- Read and interpret one-line diagrams and customer drawing packages.
- Determine how and where to run, connect, and terminate wires for electrical devices on wiring pans and within switchboard structures.
- Work with devices such as breakers, meters, relays, sensors, PLCs, switches, and CTs.
- Identify design issues in schematics and report them through the correct channels.
- Ensure proper voltage level separation, current levels, and industry-standard color coding are followed when organizing and wiring circuits.
- Perform functional tests such as continuity checks and wire pull tests.
- Repair or rework any issues detected during the inspection / test stages.
- Comply with CSA and UL codes.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity in the internal KANBAN and MRB processes.
- Perform other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medium to complex non-standard wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes and Six Sigma tools.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and safety operating procedures.
- Ability to layout, mount, wire, and troubleshoot industrial power and control components.
- Understanding of various connection methods and applying proper techniques for equipment.
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills.
