The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George (RDFFG) is one of 27 regional districts in BC. We are a local government that provides governance and delivers a wide range of services to people living in seven electoral areas and four member municipalities that include the City of Prince George, the District of Mackenzie, and the Villages of McBride and Valemount. Our administrative office is in Prince George, in North Central, BC on the unceded ancestral lands of the Lheidli T'enneh First Nation.

The Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Coordinator is a key partner in the delivery of a wide range of the Regional District's health and safety initiatives including employee wellness, attendance support, OH&S program management, compliance and training. The OH&S Coordinator is responsible for conducting regular evaluations, and revisions as required, of the Regional District's Occupational Health and Safety Program, policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
The OH&S Coordinator reports to the Manager of Human Resources and is an active contributor on the Regional District's Human Resources team.
Travel within the Regional District will be a requirement of this position.

Position Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000 and will be commensurate with education and years of experience.
