Good timing! We're looking for someone to fill the Field Opening Team Leader position at our Deer Lake site. As a team leader, you will supervise, train and motivate your personnel.

OVERVIEW OF THE WORK :
- Operate various heavy equipment and work on the opening of new land to harvest;
- Insure the respect of the company quality standards;
- Perform some mechanical tasks;
- Responsible for opening and maintaining ditches in the field.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- You have good mechanical knowledge;
- You have experience operating and servicing heavy equipment;
- You have previous experience in a leadership role (an asset);
- You are able to make decisions independently and work with others;
- You are available to work under flexible work schedule.
