Night Attendant

The private seniors' residence La Roseraie, located in Ste-Foy, is looking for a person to fill a full-time night attendant position.

• Candidates must have a DEP in beneficiary attendant or RAC certificate or 5000 hours accumulated over the last 5 years in the position of PAB + RCR 16H up to date + PDSP completed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION : Schedule : a 10 / 14 night position with one weekend out of 2

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assist and / or accompany residents in getting around

Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations

Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations

Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)

Respond to all emergency situations

While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Up-to-date CPR / AED general first aid training

DEP Assistance to people in establishments and at home

Law 90

PDSP

Experience with Agendrix and Symo (an asset)
