Position Overview :

Are you an experienced Retail Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling therapy lines to major Canadian pharmacies like Jean Coutu, Uniprix, and others? If you're driven, results-oriented, and already have an existing pipeline in the pharmacy sector, we want you to join our team and drive the success of our therapeutic product lines!

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the pharmacy sector (e.g., Jean Coutu, Uniprix, and others).

Leverage your existing pipeline to drive sales of our therapy line products.

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Canadian pharmacy market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales goals and promotional strategies.

Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitive positioning and identify new opportunities within the therapy line.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with major pharmacy chains.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

What You Need to Succeed :

Proven experience in selling therapy line products to Canadian pharmacy chains (Jean Coutu, Uniprix, and others).

Existing network or pipeline of pharmacy contacts in Canada is a must.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities in French and English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Knowledge of the Canadian retail pharmacy landscape and regulatory requirements.

A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
