The Specialist works on multiple project operationalization and will support on incident, problem management, and vulnerability assessment related to service assurance.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As part of the client's Service Insurance (Operational Management), this role is important to ensure :
- Handling of P1-P2 incidents following a 7 / 24 availability
- Ensure the management of the operationalization of the projects
- Review major outages to identify lessons learned and implement necessary improvements
- Advanced analysis of issues that may impact the customer or the network
Qualifications
We are looking for the following skills and qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience directly related to the field of telecommunications such as routing protocols, networking, Wi-Fi, etc.;
- Technical knowledge of the configuration of Cisco equipment (Cat 6800, Nexus 5K, 7K, 9K, ASA);
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.
- Experience in developing network production plans (equipment configuration, rollback plan, impact assessment) based on business needs;
- Technology certification (e.g. CCNP, CCIE), or equivalent experience and knowledge;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement;
- University degree in computer science or IT;
- Resourcefulness : feeds on challenges and changes to find dynamic and innovative working solutions.
- Flexibility : Works effectively with various environments, situations, tasks, responsibilities and people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- A resource who offers availability shared with his team on 7 / 24 coverage
- Bilingual (French / English)
