Peterbilt Atlantic and Extreme Torque Motorsports are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist at our head office in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
Join us as we represent the prestigious Peterbilt and BRP brands (Ski-Doo, Can-Am, Sea-Doo) in Eastern Canada.
Peterbilt Atlantic boasts eight truck sales and service locations across Atlantic Canada and eastern Québec, while Torque Motorsports operates three powersports branches in New Brunswick.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process employee payroll
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Implement training and development plans
- Execute employee recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
- Develop HR policies throughout the organization
- Regional travel to visit company branch locations and attend various career fairs
Skill requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR professional
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources or relevant field
