Black Diamond Group’s CEO Office has a full‑time position for a Corporate Development Analyst. This role is hybrid – in‑office with 20% flexibility to work from home.
Reporting to the Chairman and CEO, the Financial Analyst will work as a member of the Strategic Initiatives, M&A team responsible for the assessment, research, and analysis of strategic opportunities for the company and for transaction support to the CEO and senior executive team, including but not limited to financial due diligence related to acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, or financial transactions. The team also provides support for integration of acquisitions, complicated internal and cross‑border transactions, and general investing activities. The individual will also work alongside colleagues in developing and maintaining analysis, financial models, and macro‑economic research to support capital allocation and business planning decisions of the CEO.
