Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Trainer to design, develop, and lead training for an ERP (SAP ECC and / or Oracle) training refresh that will involve both systems and process change
remote 6 month contract - strong possibility of extension
Must-Have :
- Previous experience as a Senior Trainer designing, developing, and delivering training.
- At least 3 years' experience developing training for a variety of ERP projects, with at least SAP ECC and / or Oracle.
- Experience with in-person training, self-directed / virtual learning and train the trainer guidance.
- Experience or understanding of manufacturing environment or plant operations.
- Prefer experience with SAP Enable Now
Nice-to-Have :
- OCM experience
- Experience with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
Responsibilities :
- The design, development, delivery of training materials for a technical and process change around reporting capital spend.
- Design and conduct face-to-face training, self-directed / virtual learning, and train-the-trainer guidance for all ERP-related needs.
- Assist with the implementation of the change management procedures ensuring compliance.
- Support during hyper-care through user coaching or refresh training delivery.
