Home Support Worker – Bayshore HealthCare

Job Summary

As a Home Support Worker, you will visit clients in Strathroy, Kerwood, Watford, Mount Brydges and surrounding areas, providing compassionate and effective care that enhances the quality of life for clients of all ages.

Working Hours

Shift options :

Afternoon shift : 2 pm – 10 pm
Split shift : 7 am – 1 pm and 4 pm – 9 pm

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.

Assist clients with daily activities and medication management.

Maintain accurate client records using mobile devices.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client‑centered care.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in a similar role.

Home Support Worker, Level 1 related education or certificates.

Valid driver’s licence (vehicle an asset).

Ability to pass provincial vaccination requirements.
