As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be at the heart of the action, providing direct support to potential clients via phone, chat, and online. You will play a key role in the sales process by gathering information and prequalifying leads to optimize their follow-up.
Competitive salary : ($52,000 to $57,000 depending on experience).
Job location : On-site, Saint-Laurent.
Hours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
