Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will :
- Respond to Inquiries : Provide expert advice and support via phone and email.
- Order Management : Handle order processing and coordinate shipments with our warehouse team.
- Customer Relations : Address and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Data Accuracy : Ensure precise data entry and credit processing.
- Product Knowledge : Offer valuable information and recommendations on our optical products
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For :
- Bilingual Skills : Fluent in English and conversational in French. 80% of calls will be in english to help service clients in the USA and other parts of Canada.
- Experience : 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and learning new applications.
- Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
