We currently have an opportunity available for a First Officer, LR45. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, this position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, the following :

Duties and Responsibilities :
The LR45 First Officer is responsible for executing the duties and responsibilities associated with the LR45 aircraft to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Execute all duties and responsibilities as required for the LR45 aircraft.
- Strict adherence to safety regulations in accordance with company requirements, Transport Canada, and CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations).
- Collaborate with the Chief Pilot and Deputy Chief Pilot, performing any additional tasks as assigned.
- LR45 pilots follow a structured schedule of 12 days on duty followed by 5 consecutive days off.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and competencies. In addition personality profiling will be required of all candidates granted an interview for this position.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies :
- Must possess a valid Commercial Pilot License and Airline Transport Pilot License or IATRA exams written.
- Hold a PPC (Pilot Proficiency Check) and maintain currency for an airplane in the responsible aircraft grouping.
- 750 hours Total Time
- 100 hours PIC
- 300 hours Multi
- Preference will be given to time on type
- Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
- Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Display good organizational and time management skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adhere to the safety accountabilities outlined in Sunwest's Safety Management System manual.
