SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST (W / M)

Xeos designs, manufactures and markets oceanographic sensors for ocean scientists, engineers and technologists around the world. Best known for our line of tracking and recovery beacons, our products help clients monitor and communicate with their ocean assets using GPS and satellite technologies. As we continue to develop and expand our oceanographic sensor lineup, we require a proactive teammate to help us serve our growing customer base.

At Xeos, we are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Technology team. Rol and responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Commercial Team to support new opportunities and implement marketing strategies
• Support network of international partners and representatives with information and materials required to serve clients around the world
• Generate quotes and sales orders using ERP software and work with Operations Team to ensure on time delivery
• Manage customer relationship information in CRM and ERP
• Work closely with customers to manage order and delivery details
• Work closely with the Support & Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organize and plan trade show and conference participation
