Job Overview

PSP SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Program Manager – Technology & Compliance to manage and coordinate technology programs in regulated environments. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and oversight of technology initiatives with a strong focus on Canadian compliance, security, and risk management.

The Program Manager will work closely with engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure PSP Services Inc. systems, processes, and platforms meet Canadian regulatory and industry standards, while also supporting international operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver technology programs from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, product, compliance, security, and operations teams
  • Lead and support compliance initiatives related to FINTRAC (AML / KYC), Interac, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 9001
  • Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews, including evidence collection and remediation tracking
  • Maintain program schedules, risk registers, documentation, and executive status reports
  • Ensure technology initiatives align with Canadian regulatory, security, and data protection requirements
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors on compliance and technology projects
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, and escalate when required
  • Support continuous improvement of compliance controls and delivery processes
  • Collaborate with Canadian and international teams as part of day-to-day program delivery

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project or program management
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as fintech, payments, or SaaS
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in software development and technology initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Canadian compliance and regulatory frameworks, including :
  • o   FINTRAC / AML / KYC

    o   Interac compliance

    o   PCI DSS

    o   SOC 2 and ISO-based management systems

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent internationally recognized project management certification
  • ISO 9001 : 2015 Lead Auditor certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex technology programs with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements
