SAP Junior SD Consultant
Our Toronto client is seeking a SAP Junior SD Consultant to join their project starting Mid-June and will run 6 months initially with a chance for extension .
This will be a remote work setting and candidates can be based anywhere in Canada as along as they accommodate EST working hours.
- The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) activities with minimal configuration, assist with small project tasks, and maintain a broad understanding of the SAP SD module within an ECC environment.
- This role is designed for individuals with foundational knowledge of SAP SD who are eager to develop their skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative setting.
- Provide daily support for SAP SD-related queries and issues.
- Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of sales and distribution processes within the SAP ECC environment.
- Participate in small-scale projects related to SAP SD.
- Assist in gathering requirements, documentation, and testing of minor enhancements or updates.
- Support the implementation of changes and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain and update user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards to track the status of sales operations and support activities.
- Document and report any recurring issues to senior consultants for further analysis.
- Assist in data validation, cleansing, and migration tasks as needed.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities within the SAP SD module.
- Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI) to ensure seamless integration and process flow.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
