About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our client's team and lead initiatives for one of their apparel brands.

This role will focus on e-commerce, in-store promotions, and local store marketing. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of digital and traditional marketing experience, along with a proven track record of successful program management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage programs for e-commerce, in-store marketing, promotional campaigns, and local store marketing efforts.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality execution across digital and traditional channels.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on creative and strategic objectives.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on program performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in account management or creative project management within an agency or creative team setting.

Demonstrated ability to manage both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including paid media campaigns and creative execution.

Strong track record in leading creative programs across diverse media channels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PM tools, and workflow systems.

Bonus : Experience with Wrike or similar project management software.
