The Career Ready Program (CRP) is a pillar and part of the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board for Canada. The objective of CRP is to empower and support individuals to acquire the skills and knowledge required for employment and long-term economic sustainability.

About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review and critique resumes and cover letters and provide feedback to clients from various backgrounds
- Provide interview support where needed in order to ensure preparedness and opportunity for success
- Work with clientele through appropriate job search strategies and identification of key opportunities
- Leverage industry expertise where possible to ensure success in job readiness endeavours
About You
Skills and Competencies :
- Organized, strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to interact with and develop a rapport with clients
- Passionate about coaching and guiding others
- Be committed to the clients' success
- Experienced with the Canadian job market
