Responsabilités principales :

Répondre aux demandes des clients générées par nos différents sites internet en lien avec les véhicules neufs et d'occasions;

Faire la prise de rendez-vous en concessions pour département des ventes en communiquant avec les clients par téléphone, courriels et textos;

Faire un suivi auprès de la clientèle des ventes;

Confirmer les rendez-vous.

Qualifications et compétences requises :

Avoir un sens de l’initiative, une capacité d’adaptation, de la minutie et savoir user de son jugement;

Pouvoir communiquer en français et en anglais afin de répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle bilingue;

Avoir de l'entregent et un ton de voix confiant et dynamique;

Être capable de travailler dans un environnement informatisé et en constante évolution;

Identifier et traiter les priorités afin d’atteindre les objectifs;

Avoir une aisance à transiger avec une clientèle d’affaires;

Avoir de la facilité et de l’intérêt à travailler en équipe.

Main responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries generated by our various websites related to new and used vehicles;

Make appointments in dealerships for the sales department by communicating with customers by telephone, e-mail and text message;

Follow up with sales customers;

Confirm appointments.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Have a sense of initiative, adaptability, attention to detail and good judgment;

Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;

Communicate professionally by phone and email;

Interpersonal skills and a confident and dynamic tone of voice;

Ability to work in a fast-paced, computerized environment;

Identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives;
