Gérer les comptes-fournisseurs
Traiter les reconciliations bancaires
Préparer les payes
Évaluer les immobilisations et la dépréciation
Effectuer des calculs financiers, tels que l'établissement des coûts et du budget
Emmagasiner, mettre à jour et extraire des données financières
Remplir des tâches de bureau telles que tenir des systèmes de classement et d'enregistrement
Exécuter des tâches générales de bureau
Organiser et tenir un inventaire à jour
Préparer les états et les rapports financiers
Préparer des rapports
Gérer l'encaisse
Calculer les coûts des commandes
Préparer et vérifier les rapports de fin de période et faire concorder le registre des payes versées avec les relevés bancaires
Heures de travail : 30 à 35 heures par semaine
