Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly motivated individual with a safety mindset and commitment to growth to join our Production Team. As a valued member of our Production team, duties would include but not limited to assembling, fabricating, and inspecting windows and doors, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications while operating machinery and tools safely.

Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications while operating machinery and tools safely.Review orders and prepare materials using power tools, hand tools, saws, and automated welders.Assemble various parts of windows and doors, including frames, glass panel installation, hardware (hinges, locks, handles), seals, sealed unit glazing, screen fit, assembly, packaging, and other tasks.Operate machinery and tools, such as saws, pneumatic drills, to fabricate and assemble components.Inspect finished products for defects and prepare products for shipment by labeling, packing, and loading.Keep workstation and surrounding area clean and organized, essential for safety and efficiency.Follow direction of leadership and continuously verify quality through measurement.Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Qualifications
Previous experience with general labour / construction / manufacturing is an asset (6 months–1 year preferred).Willing to train, strong work ethic, great attitude, and willingness to commit to our team.Basic proficiency in English – ability to understand and communicate in everyday situations.Extensive standing, constant heavy lifting required – 50–70lbs.Experience using power tools / hand tools.Proven ability to read a tape measure with accuracy and precision is required.Proven ability in basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication).Must be safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented.Must be eligible to work in Canada and 18‑yrs of age or older.Benefits
