HR Manager and Payroll

- Salary range 85-95k upon experience - 3 weeks of vacation - Sick days - Group insurance - End of year discretionary bonus - Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 from home Your profile?
- At least 3 years' experience in an HR management or senior role including compensation, benefits, payroll and administration - Bilingual to communicate with employees across Canada - Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs - Extensive knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development, policy and performance management - Approachable, open and visible.
- Has the ability to create positive energy amongst team members Your role? - Manage and oversee the daily workflow of the People and Culture department - Oversee all aspects of human resources, including workplace culture, benefits, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, onboarding and terminations, organizational development, health and safety, CNESST management, compliance, and employment laws in Quebec - Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys - Maintain and apply knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies;
- communicate updates to upper management - Provide coaching to executive and management teams on HR-related matters - Identify staffing and recruiting needs;
develop and execute best practices for hiring, talent management, and employee retention programs - Facilitate company-wide annual performance and salary reviews, and oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring compliance with legislation - Manage completion of OQLF francization program, Health and Safety, year-end processes, and other ad hoc assignments from the Director of Operations Please send your resume in Word format to Guillermo Ovalle Zavala at guillermo.
