Position Summary:

The Mechanical Technician at Entegra Solutions is responsible for building, assembling, and maintaining electro-mechanical equipment in alignment with specified requirements. This role will also include conducting repairs to ensure maximum reliability, troubleshooting reported issues, and resolving them in a timely manner. The technician will perform thorough equipment maintenance to optimize performance and longevity. Above all, safety remains the top priority in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, build, and maintain equipment according to specifications
• Ensure compliance with department processes, procedures, and practices to ensure the most accurate product delivery
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Understanding of machinery operation
• Follow established procedures and practices
• Always follow all safety rules, standards and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Aptitude in using various hand tools & power tools (torque wrenches, drills etc.)
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, go no-go gauges, etc.
• Excellent mechanical/mathematical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
